He was buried at Rouen in France so we can presume that he was wounded on an earlier date. 3rd Dragoon Guards were part of 6th Cavalry Brigade, 3rd Cavalary Division which during April and May1915, were engaged in the fierce struggle around Ypres, which became known as Second Ypres |
